The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent and pleasant. the room was neat and had smoke detectors. - the location was magnificent, just a short distance from everywhere we wanted to go. - the restaurant had delicious meals.

The room had a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini fridge. the hotel's location was convenient, just steps away from all the places I wanted to visit. - It's situated only 3 miles away from popular tourist spots like Ujlai Devi Temple.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the complementary cocktails and chocolates that were given to guests as a welcome gift. the hotel's location near the main market street was very convenient for shopping and dining. the heated pool was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring.

My experience at this hotel was not all positive. the staff seemed poorly trained and unresponsive to guests' needs.

This hotel exceeded our expectations and fulfilled all of our luxurious needs. the garden area was incredibly beautiful and well maintained, creating a peaceful atmosphere throughout the venue.

The only minor issue we experienced was the slow response time from some of the staff members, but this did not impact our overall experience at the hotel.
